Our client is a globally renowned developer and manufacturer of a wide range of specialty chemicals, with applications in various industries. 

Within the framework of reinforcing the company’s EMEA-focused sales & marketing team, based in the Brussels area, we are looking for a (m/f): 


EMEA Account & Business Development Manager


The newcomer will take care of both maintaining fine relationships with an existing network of personal care products manufacturers and developing new business within the EMEA region, on top of which he/she will manage and motivate distributing companies. 

The job-holder will visit customers and prospects on a regular basis, ensure follow-up on ongoing projects and safeguard optimal customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate combines a Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry with proven sales and business development experience in related fields, such as cosmetic or food ingredients, while demonstrating a hunter mentality, without neglecting his/her long-term business approach. 

Willingness to travel frequently (up to 30%), team player attitude, analytical skills and proficiency in English, additional languages being a certain plus, complete the profile.
