GROUP INDUSTRIAL METHOD MANAGER

Function

In the transversal position of Method manager, you will directly report to the executive committee members. You will drive the harmonization, centralization, improvement and transfer of the technology/operations within the group. Together with your team (+5 specialists), you will assist all group companies in the implementation and utilization of group operational tools and procedures. In concrete terms, you will enforce the group’s best practices program and also define, establish and monitor the key performance indicators.

Profile
 

You are an engineer with 5-10 years of experience in an international engineering environment, of which or on top of which 5 years in a senior leadership position. You have strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to implement engineering and project best practices. You are a good relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication ability. Moreover, you are able to work independently with minimal supervision. Perfect command of English is required, knowledge of any other language being a plus.
