Our client is a globally renowned developer and manufacturer of a wide range of specialty chemicals, with applications in various industries. 

Within the framework of reinforcing the company’s EMEA-focused sales & marketing team, based in the Brussels area, we are looking for a (m/f): 


Sales Manager Agrochemicals


Main responsibilities:


  • You will support the Global Sales Manager in defining and realizing the multi-year business plan.
  • Contract negotiations to achieve margin improvement and realization of Key Account plans (valorisation of both new and existing business).
  • You will promote, develop new products and capture new projects and contacts in order to develop business opportunities in a changing agricultural environment.
  • You have strong interaction with the R&D and customer service teams.
  • You report to the Global Sales Manager.


Our ideal candidate combines a Chemical or Biochemical Master degree with sound experience in a similar B2B commercial role within the agrochemical business.

You are capable of both generating new business and maintaining existing relationships, while traveling about 25% of the time across the EMEA region.

Proficiency in English and French, any additional language being a plus, completes your profile.
