One of our clients is a globally renowned company active in the field of fuel card management.
Within the framework of reinforcing their sales team, based in Ronse, we are looking for a (m/f): Sales Manager
The Sales Manager heads two entities (Account Management & Customer Services) and reports to the Global Sales Manager. He is responsible for 80% of the company’s turnover.
The jobholder is also doing ‘Key Account Management (around one day a week)’ himself (there are 450 KA). As ‘Sales manager’ he/she is someone with a vision, permanently rethinking the role.
He/she is responsible for the objectives and the results of about 30 people.
The ‘Account Management’ part of the role (about 12,000 small and medium sized companies and the 33,000 remaining), aims at keeping their customers active and maintaining relationships with the entire portfolio and accompanying them in their growth. The smaller customers (from inbound) are handed-over from ‘Hunting’ to the Sales Manager within 3 months; the bigger ones (from outbound) after 6 months.
The ‘Customer service division’ supports customers by telephone and email for multiple problems/reasons they could have (card loss, card stop, card pin code, etc.).
Together with Marketing, he/she puts the customer support plan into place, but also develops and manages it. He/she is in the driving seat
Our ideal candidate combines a university degree with sound experience in a similar sales role
Operational and people management experience is a must
You are able to ‘juggle with sales (churn)’, ‘analytics (dashboard)’, ‘organization’, ‘operations’, ‘people’, when dealing with ‘Account Management’.
Proficiency in French and Dutch, with good command of English, completes the profile.
